General enquires

  • How do I buy programs on ClarityLifeSkills?

    Buying is an easy 4-step process:

    • Choose your package.
    • Enter you contact details and proceed to check-out where you can pay by credit card or PayPal.
    • After paying, you will be asked to choose a password for your account. Your login email will be the email address you entered for the payment.

    That's it! You can then start accessing the programs in your Online English package straight away.

  • Do I get an invoice or a receipt for my purchase?

    When you complete the purchase (after you have entered your credit card details with our third party online payment gateway), you will receive a welcome email from ClarityLifeSkills.com showing that the purchase is paid for and your account can now be accessed.

  • When can I receive the welcome email after I have successfully made payment online?

    You should receive the welcome email straight away once you made the payment successfully. If not, please send an email to support@claritylifeskills.com, we will reply to you within one working day.


    Important notes if paying by PayPal:

    When you have completed your purchase at PayPal, you must click "Return to Clarity Language Consultants Ltd" at the bottom to return to ClarityLifeSkills. Otherwise, your account won't be created.

  • Who should I contact if I have problems using the online English package?

    In the unlikely event that you have a problem using the programs, please send an email to support@claritylifeskills.com. We will reply to you within one working day.

  • I've lost my password. What can I do?

    You can click the Login button anywhere on our website and then click on 'Forgot password?' and follow the instructions. A new password will then be sent to you automatically.

  • I purchased one of your packages but I did not want it anymore. Can I get a refund?

  • Can I add another package to my ClarityLifeSkills.com account?

    Yes. If you wish to add another package to your account, click the Extend your subscription button after you have logged in to ClarityLifeSkills.com, select the package you want and complete the purchasing process as instructed.

  • Can I renew my package when it expires?

    Yes. To renew your current package, click the Extend your subscription button after you have logged in to ClarityLifeSkills.com, select the package you want and complete the purchasing process as instructed.

  • Can I extend my subscription period?

    Yes. Click the Extend your subscription button after you have logged in to ClarityLifeSkills.com, select the package and subscription period you want, and complete the purchasing process as instructed. For example, if you still have two months left in your three-month subscription and you have just bought another one-year subscription, your subscription period will then be 14 months (one year and two months).

Technical issues

  • What are the system requirements for running ClarityLifeSkills packages?

    You can link from any browser running on Windows, Mac or Linux. The following list shows known minimum versions:

    • Internet Explorer - at least v5.5
    • Navigator - at least v6.0
    • Firefox - at least v1.0
    • Safari - at least v2
    • Opera - at least v8

    Adobe Flash Player has to be installed. It must be v9 or higher for full compatibility, although the programs will play without video and printing if you have v7. Check your computer to see if Flash Player is already installed on your browser. Please note that Flash Player must be installed on the browser you use to access ClarityLifeSkills.com.

  • How do I upgrade my software?

    As you are buying from an online platform, you will automatically be upgraded with the latest version of our programs, even if the upgrade occurs during your subscription period.

  • Do I need to pay for an upgrade?

    No, all upgrades are free of charge.

  • Can I download the programs?

    We do not offer downloadable versions as our customers prefer to have the flexibility and convenience of studying online, irrespective of which computer they are using.

  • Which payment methods can I use?

    You have two options:

    • By 3-D Secure authentication credit card (we accept both MasterCard and Visa). You must activate Verified by Visa if you are using Visa; you must enter SecureCode if you are using Mastercard.
    • By PayPal. You can choose to pay through our PayPal payment gateway, whether you already have a PayPal account or not. To learn more about PayPal, click here.
  • What can I do if I don’t have a 3-D Secure authentication credit card?

    You can choose to make payment by PayPal.

  • Who should I contact if I have a problem while making payment?

  • In what currency are the prices of the products listed?

    The prices of our products are listed in US Dollars.

  • Do you store my credit card information?

    When you pay online, your payment information is processed by our third party online payment gateway, using a 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security encryption connection. We at Clarity never see your credit card details.

  • What does Clarity do with my email address?

    (a) Compulsory uses. Your email address will only be used as a login for your account, and to inform you about updates to the account (e.g. upgrades) and expiry dates. This is a part of the package.

    (b) Optional uses. You can decide whether or not to you wish to be kept updated about our latest offers and you can also decide to subscribe to our monthly newsletter. Just enter your email on the newsletter page.
